You will support senior chefs, inspire the brigade, and ensure every plate meets Oblix’s high standards in a fast-paced, luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team.
• Eager to learn and develop yourself and your team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior chefs and lead the brigade when required.
• Ensure every plate reflects Oblix’s commitment to excellence.
• Maintain consistency and creativity across all service periods.
• Inspire and develop junior staff through hands-on coaching.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team at Oblixat The Shard. As a key member of our culinary team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the creativity, precision, and consistency that define the Oblix dining experience, supporting the senior chefs, inspiring the brigade, and ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to excellence.
