Position Details:

Location: Elsyng House, 1 Forty Hill, Enfield EN2 9HT

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Shift: Days

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in managing our fast-paced kitchen
• Deliver food to high standards alongside the kitchen team
• Ensure nutritional and care/support plans are followed
• Prepare nutritional snacks as directed
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and palatability
• Manage stock control and ordering

Requirements:

• Ideally 2 years catering experience
• Knowledge of regulations
• Understanding of therapeutic and textured diets (advantageous)
• Experience delivering high-quality service as a Chef
• Ability to work with structured menus and be creative
