Trading Post Coffee Roasters is seeking a Senior Brunch Chef to lead daytime kitchen operations in one of our Sussex-area venues. There are no evening hours, allowing work-life balance while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to run a fast-paced brunch service, uphold safety standards, train junior staff, and ensure consistent portioning, plating, and guest satisfaction across all shifts.

AsSenior Brunch Chef, you will ensure the quality and presentation of the food served from the Kitchen is of the highest standard at all times. You will work with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth running daily kitchen operation, maintaining and enhancing service to the guests and to maximise profit at all times. You will also work to ensure that all areas of the venue are working to the highest food safety levels at all times.

You will be a team player and where required e flexible and adaptable to support in our kitchen areas as the business needs dictates.
