NHS Jobs in England is seeking a Fixed Term Practitioner to join the CHC reviews team (Band 6). You will manage enquiries, conduct and contribute to CHC assessments in line with SOPs, mentor staff and support continuous improvement while safeguarding patients and families.

You will provide high-level clinical advice on Continuing Healthcare to professionals, patients and their families, participate in audits, maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, and work with inter-agency partners to

Qualifications

• Experience in CHC assessments and reviews according to SOPs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and Mental Capacity Act.
• Experience providing expert clinical advice on Continuing Healthcare.

Responsabilités
