Job summary

Bradley Hall is seeking a Chartered Valuation Surveyor / Associate to join our Valuation & Lease Advisory team. You will manage a varied portfolio of commercial properties across sectors, delivering Red Book valuations for lending, financial reporting and disposals.

The role requires MRICS, a degree in surveying or real estate, and strong analytical, report-writing and client-relations skills. You will work with colleagues and junior surveyors, ensuring deadlines and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial property valuation consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Red Book standards and valuation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and manage a varied portfolio of commercial property valuation instructions.
• Prepare Red Book-compliant valuation reports for secured lending, financial reporting and disposals.
• Inspect properties and record relevant information accurately.
• Provide valuation advice to clients, lenders and investors.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
• Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to team objectives.
• Ensure compliance with RICS Valuation Global Standards.
