• Experience leading building surveying commissions across commercial, residential and public sector assets.
• Prepare professional reports, specifications and schedules of work.
• Undertake condition surveys, defect analysis and compliance reviews.
• Act as Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent on a range of projects.
• Support project delivery from feasibility through to completion.
