Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd is recruiting a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to lead a varied Building Consultancy portfolio in the UK. You will manage projects, mentor junior staff and deliver professional services across commercial, residential, education and public sector schemes.

The role requires MRICS, strong client-facing skills and a willingness to engage in business development and travel as needed. You will contribute to high‑profile projects and growth within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered status with Building Surveying experience.
• Experience delivering both professional services and project work.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance (SC) for certain projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of Building Surveying and Project Management commissions.
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Provide professional advice on design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of diverse buildings.
• Undertake building, condition and measured surveys and prepare schedules of work.
