Job summary

Brandon James in Bristol is seeking a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to lead large refurbishment schemes, manage client accounts and mentor junior staff. You will work across surveying, project management, cost consultancy and design to deliver instructions from brief to completion.

You will act as Contract Administrator and Project Manager, coordinate internal and external teams, support bids and business development, and maintain high technical and service standards while enjoying flexible

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent.
• A Building Surveying degree is required.
• Experience in construction consultancy and client management is essential.
• Strong project delivery track record and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large refurbishment schemes from brief through to completion.
• Act as Contract Administrator and Project Manager for project delivery.
• Prepare specifications, tenders and technical reports.
• Undertake surveys, defect analysis and due diligence.
• Manage client communication and project reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external consultant teams and review junior work.
• Support bids and regional business development.
• Maintain high technical and service standards.
