An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the senior nursing team as SCN/SCODP Anaesthetics within the Perioperative Department at the Golden Jubilee Hospital.
Our perioperative department consists of 20 theatres, providing surgery for Orthopaedic, Cardiac, Thoracic, and General/Colorectal patients. As SCN/SCODP, you will be responsible for the daily management of anaesthetics within the perioperative department to ensure patients receive a high standard of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
You should demonstrate strong, effective leadership, particularly through change, while living by our values with kindness and compassion. A commitment to quality, evidence-based care is essential, along with a can-do attitude.
You will be responsible for ensuring appropriate learning opportunities for both registered and non-registered staff and preparing staff for future roles within NHS Scotland.
You will be integral in delivering the strategic vision and plan for the hospital, achieving excellence by improving how we deliver our services for the people of Scotland.
