Job summary

Gate One Ltd, a global business and digital transformation consultancy, is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead transformation programmes within Defence and Policing and the wider public sector in the UK.

You will own complex deliverables, shape operating models, governance structures and change management approaches, and build trusted client relationships while working with multidisciplinary teams. Applicants must have significant consulting experience and active UK security clearance.

Qualifications

• Significant management consulting experience.
• Experience delivering transformation in Defence/Policing or public sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within major transformation programmes across defence and policing.
• Structure and deliver analysis, design solutions and client deliverables.
• Define and implement operating models, governance and change management.
• Support transformation spanning people, process, technology and culture.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as advisor.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to business development.
