Job summary

ABF BTS is seeking a Senior Business Change & Technology Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Peterborough (Hybrid). You will own end-to-end business and technology change programmes, work with C-suite stakeholders, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable benefits across ABF’s global network.

The role requires strong governance, budgeting, and change-management expertise, with a pragmatic blend of Agile and Waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business and technology change projects in a federated enterprise.
• Ability to engage with C-suite and operational leaders effectively.
• Strong budgeting, planning and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Mentoring PMaaS teams and developing reusable tools and templates.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology change projects ensuring alignment with strategy and governance.
• Define project scope, approach and schedule to deliver measurable outcomes on time and within budget.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across federated businesses, including PMaaS colleagues, local resources and external partners.
• Facilitate business readiness and change adoption through clear planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods to fit project context while driving continual improvement.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across concurrent initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress, value delivery and benefits realization reporting and own business cases.
• Mentor and contribute to PMaaS growth by sharing best practices and developing tools/templates.
