Job summary

XPS Group in Reading seeks a Senior Consultant to lead Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Admin business. You will drive process standardisation, assess propositions, and manage delivery of efficiency improvements requested by clients.

You will collaborate with proposition teams to understand flows, document requirements, and push for innovative ways to enhance multi‑channel service delivery. Hybrid/Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• In-depth change delivery experience across project and operational teams.
• Knowledge of governance forums, RAID, and reporting per governance standards.
• Proven track record delivering measurable service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the change pipeline with a transparent intake, assessment and prioritisation process.
• Collaborate with propositions to map processes and identify pain points.
• Document requirements for development/improvement areas across propositions.
• Challenge current processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Governance reporting to Head of CI and client; maintain action logs and metrics.
• Define success measures, track adoption and post‑go‑live reviews.
