Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Senior Change Manager to own BAU change control for Managed Services clients from its West London base. You will lead a small team of Jr Change Analysts, coordinate cross-functional NCR teams, and ensure all changes are properly scoped, tested, and approved prior to deployment.

The role requires 5–10 years of change management and strong client-facing communication skills. Travel to customer meetings may be required; English and Spanish are valued.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of change management or project experience.
• Customer-facing skills for governance meetings.
• Analytical and/or technical experience, preferably in NCR Services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Teams and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of NCR Managed Services delivery and S/W Agents.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end change management for an EMEA Managed Services contract.
• Coordinate software deployments and change communications.
• Lead change governance and control processes across multiple teams.
• Manage risk, incident reviews, and root cause analyses.
• Develop and maintain change reporting and KPIs for leadership and customers.
