Job summary

Hull City Council is seeking a Senior Change Officer (Independent Living Project Manager) for an 18‑month fixed-term role. The post focuses on replacement system for Independent Living Alarm Response Centre and involves project management, contract and change management, and tight deadlines during digital switchover.

You will design and develop change programmes with stakeholders across Neighbourhoods & Housing and the wider housing sector, ensuring benefits are realised and staff are supported

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering change programmes for public services.
• Ability to manage complex projects within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of policy frameworks such as housing and regulation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
