Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior Finance Solutions Specialist to own the functional and technical design of Certinia PSA solutions, focused on Finance & Operations. You will partner with business, finance, and technology teams to ensure scalable implementations that maximize value from Certinia PSA on Salesforce.

Role involves end-to-end PSA solution design, governance, and data strategy, with hands‑on configuration guidance and mentoring.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, accounting/finance or related field.
8+ years Salesforce admin experience with Certinia PSA/ERP deployments.
Certified Certinia PSA Consultant; related certifications are a plus.
Strong PSA domain knowledge and cross‑functional delivery in Agile environments.
Experience with project management/delivery tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps.
Excellent written and spoken English; ability to present to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead PSA solution design for Certinia modules and tie to finance/operations outcomes.
Own requirements, BRDs, and functional specs; define acceptance criteria.
Govern integration and data strategy for PSA: API and ETL design, data quality.
Act as PSA SME for finance/operations; guide scoping and code reviews if needed.
Provide configuration guidance; advise on licensing and feature trade-offs.
Create comprehensive documentation and runbooks; train/mentor admins.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead stakeholder workshops and governance across business units, finance, and IT.
