Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Oracle ERP Finance Architecture with BPS expertise. You will architect end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM/ERP) for public and private sector clients, guiding workshops, governance, and transformation programs.

You will mentor teams, drive data migration, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to optimize financial processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in Oracle ERP finance architecture.
• Experience leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud (HCM/ERP) implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills.
