Job summary
BOSS ERP Consulting is seeking a Senior Finance Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Finance solutions for clients. You will drive discovery workshops, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support across enterprise programmes.
The role requires strong finance process knowledge, ERP delivery experience, and excellent stakeholder communication to optimise finance functions and enable adoption of standard Dynamics 365
Qualifications
- Experience facilitating finance-focused discovery workshops and analysis sessions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions for ERP finance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication with project sponsors and leaders.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules and best-practice ERP delivery approaches.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance-focused discovery workshops and business process analysis sessions.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 Finance solutions aligned to client requirements and best practices.
- Produce high-quality Functional Design Documents and process flows.
- Support end-to-end requirements traceability from discovery through deployment.
- Advise clients on standard functionality, process optimisation, and solution adoption.
- Build trusted relationships with finance stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and playback sessions; support change management.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Prepare training materials and deliver user training sessions.
- Support cutover planning and go-live readiness activities; provide hypercare.
- Promote standardisation and best-practice ERP delivery approaches.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to reusable delivery assets.
