Job summary

CSA Group is seeking a Certification Specialist in Hawarden to lead certification projects, interpret CSA/IEC standards, and ensure timely delivery of certificates. You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with internal teams and external clients, and contribute to program development.

The role requires strong testing and evaluation experience, exemplary communication and the ability to drive continuous improvement across laboratory operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing certification projects and interpreting national/international standards.
• Ability to prepare certification reports and certificates of compliance.
• Strong knowledge of CSA, UL and IEC standards and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple certification projects to deadlines and budgets.
• Evaluate products against standards and authorize CSA Mark.
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff and clients.
