Job summary

Sizewell C Company seeks a Certification & Handover Lead to direct progressive assurance and end-to-end certification delivery for the Civil Works Alliance in Sizewell C. You will own the Certification & Handover Process and drive evidence-based handover across multiple streams, coordinating with delivery teams, suppliers and regulators.

You will lead a team of records quality managers and engineers, ensuring robust documentation, traceability and compliance with SZC requirements, while

Qualifications

• Experience on nuclear or highly regulated projects.
• Lead certification, records management, and handover functions.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs, quality plans, and supplier documentation packages.
• Mentor teams in record-keeping and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and continuous improvement of the Certification & Handover Process.
• Plan, produce, assure and submit certification deliverables (LTQRs, CSPs, ECSRs, handover certificates).
• Coordinate use of Field View for progressive assurance and data integrity.
• Provide senior leadership, direction and coaching to the team.
• Engage with CWA Delivery Directors, SZC client representatives, suppliers and regulators.
• Drive quality investigations, corrective actions and improvements.
