Job summary

The Health and Safety Partnership Limited is seeking a Principal Designer CDM Advisor to join their multi-disciplinary construction team in Oxford. In this role, you will deliver essential services to ensure compliance with health and safety objectives across diverse projects including commercial, education, and healthcare sectors.

Successful candidates will have deep knowledge of design processes and CDM regulations, plus experience as a Principal Designer. The position offers a competitive salary of £50k-£55k along with benefits such as pension, life assurance, and healthcare.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or similar qualification required.
• Ideally working towards CMaPS and possibly CMIOSH Accreditation.
• Previous experience as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Principal Designer services ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
• Lead CDM workshops and manage the pre-construction phase.
• Prepare and maintain Health and Safety files.

Skills

NEBOSH Construction Certificate or similar

Understanding of design and construction processes

Experience with CDM regulations

Education

Technical or professional qualification

CMaPS or CMIOSH Accreditation (preferred)
