Job summary

Brandon James in London is seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to strengthen their health and safety team across education, healthcare, and residential projects.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent required.
• Membership of APS (CMaPS preferred).
• Extensive experience operating as a Senior CDM Principal Designer or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of CDM Principal Designer duties in line with CDM 2015.
• Oversee the pre-construction phase and embed health and safety in design.
• Chair design team meetings and review risk assessments.
• Provide clear guidance to clients and designers while managing key client accounts.
