Job summary

Bimplus, a leading architectural consultancy in London, is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to work on iconic projects including London landmarks. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities to visit project sites.

You will collaborate with internal design teams and support CDM compliance across multiple schemes. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of CDM Principal Designer/Advisor experience and may benefit from APS (IMaPS) or IOSH credentials.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a CDM Principal Designer/Advisor.
• Membership with APS (IMaPS) or IOSH (CertIOSH) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate risk within design stage.
• Conduct site audits when required.
• Collate Pre-Construction Information.

Job description

A leading Architectural Consultancy are seeking a CDM Principal Designer due to growth. You will work on a wide range of iconic projects, some of which are well-known London landmarks.

The CDM Principal Designer will work closely with the internal design teams, with the opportunity to visit the scenic locations their projects reside in.

This offers the CDM Principal Designer the opportunity to expand their sector experience, enjoy working from a friendly office environment in a hybrid fashion.

The CDM Principal Designer role

The successful CDM Principal Designer will mitigate risk within design stage, conduct site audits when required, collate Pre-Construction Information, Review CPPs and manage the H&S file.

The CDM Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 3 years of experience within a CDM Principal Designer / Advisor role.

If the Architect suitable for this role has a Membership with APS (IMaPS) / IOSH (CertIOSH), it will be advantageous.
