The Health and Safety Partnership Limited seeks a CDM Manager / Principal Designer to lead CDM compliance across a portfolio of office and residential developments, including mid- to high-rise projects. Offering a salary of £60,000-£70,000 plus benefits, the role requires a degree in a Built Environment discipline and a strong track record under CDM 2015.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' proven CDM 2015 Regulation experience as Principal Designer.
• Experience delivering large and complex construction projects.
• Experience on office and residential projects including mid- to high-rise developments.

Aufgaben

• Act as Principal Designer across multiple projects in accordance with CDM Regulations.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of CDM sub-consultants where required.
• Support and advise Project Managers in fulfilling their CDM responsibilities.
• Provide strategic health and safety advice throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist in the preparation of CDM strategy documents, procedures, and training materials.
• Deliver CDM-related training to internal teams and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with current health and safety legislation and best practice.
