Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Senior CBT therapist to lead and supervise staff within the Barnet Talking Therapies service. The role includes managing a small clinical caseload and supporting service development.

The post requires BABCP accreditation and NHS experience, with a hybrid on-site (2-3 days) and remote working pattern. Evenings clinics may be required to cover senior management duties.

Qualifications

• BABCP accredited CBT therapist qualification
• Experience in NHS Talking Therapies services
• Ability to provide leadership and clinical supervision to staff

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision and expert psychological assessment within CBT service.
• Offer advice and consultation on clients' psychological care to colleagues.
• Work autonomously within professional guidelines and team policies.
• Participate in service-related research, audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to delivering Talking Therapies KPIs and service development.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations and staff performance.
