Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Step 3 Clinical CBT Supervisor for the NHS Talking Therapies Suffolk service. The role involves supervising Step 3 clinicians, managing a small caseload, and ensuring adherence to NICE guidelines.

Based at Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich with home-working options. The post requires BABCP accreditation, extensive CBT experience, and the ability to train staff.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification and BABCP accreditation in CBT required.
• Experience providing clinical supervision to therapists in an IAPT context preferred.
• Ability to assess and manage complex cases with professional judgement.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision (including case management) to Step 3 clinicians.
• Manage your own small caseload and deliver assessment and treatment for common mental health problems within the NHS Talking Therapies framework.
• Support clinical leadership and help service achieve KPIs in a bio-psychosocial model.
