Guy Carpenter is seeking a Senior Catastrophe Modelling Analyst in London to join our hybrid team. The role primarily supports the Latin America & Caribbean catastrophe modelling team, servicing clients across LAC with a focus on the Caribbean region.
You will manage catastrophe modelling projects from start to finish, collaborate with brokers and GC Analytics, and contribute to innovative modelling initiatives. Strong data skills and regional knowledge are essential.
We are looking for a Senior Catastrophe Modelling Analyst to join the team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in our London office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role you will be an integral member of Guy Carpenter’s Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) catastrophe modelling team, positioned and working primarily with the team in London servicing clients across LAC with a primary focus on the Caribbean region.
You will work closely with brokers and other GC Analytics members to gather and assess clients’ catastrophe exposure data to best understand and proactively address the potential impact of natural and man-made catastrophes.
In addition you will be responsible for managing catastrophe modelling projects from beginning to end and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients and contribute to a wide range of innovative catastrophe modelling initiatives.
