Job summary

Cats Protection is seeking a Senior Cat Guardians Marketing Officer to lead the Cat Guardians legacy and in memory fundraising programme. You will drive multi-channel campaigns, oversee budgets, and optimise supporter journeys while delivering excellent donor care.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a legacy fundraising and/or direct marketing role.
• Experience managing income and expenditure budgets.
• Experience commissioning and managing external agencies and consultants.
• Comfortable reporting and presenting to colleagues, senior management and external agencies.
• Familiar with CARE NG or similar CRM system.
• Experience using in depth data analysis and segmentation for marketing purposes.
• Ability to identify innovative new opportunities to recruit legacy supporters and grow income.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, delivery and optimisation of Cats Protection’s Cat Guardians programme.
• Drive supporter acquisition, engagement and stewardship through multi-channel campaigns.
• Oversee programme planning, budget management, performance analysis, audience segmentation and journeys.
• Promote Cat Guardians service while delivering outstanding supporter care and maximising engagement.
• Work within the Legacy and In Memory department to support income growth.
