Job summary

International Cat Care (iCatCare) is seeking a Marketing and Communications Officer for a full-time, two-year fixed-term contract. This home-based role includes monthly travel to the South West for meetings and campaigns to engage supporters, veterinary professionals and the wider cat-care community.

You will craft digital campaigns, write copy, manage calendars and promote resources, events and memberships while supporting enquiries and cross-team initiatives to boost awareness and income for

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing and communications role with income or performance targets.
• Strong copywriting skills across digital channels, including social media and email, for a range of audiences.
• Experience of creating, scheduling and managing organic social media content, particularly on Meta platforms.
• Experience of managing communications inboxes, moderating social media and responding to enquiries.
• Knowledge of search marketing.
• Experience of supporting digital advertising campaigns.
• A relevant, recognised marketing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support our marketing and communications activities to raise awareness, engagement and income to help improve cat welfare worldwide.
• Create digital marcoms campaigns that speak to audiences and drive engagement with our work; develop content, copy, calendars and promote educational resources, events and membership opportunities.
• Contribute to regular communications with key audiences, especially veterinary professionals, and support the wider team in handling enquiries and initiatives.
