LHH Recruitment Solutions in Uxbridge is seeking a Senior Cash & Reporting Assistant to join our busy finance team. You will manage cash receipting, allocate payments, reconcile accounts, and produce reporting that supports the wider Accounts Receivable and Credit Control function.

The role requires 5+ years' experience in AR, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas), excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience within Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Receipting, or Billing.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data formatting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Produce company bank statements.
• Match incoming payments against outstanding invoices.
• Allocate payments accurately to customer accounts.
• Process allocations, journals, and refunds.
• Maintain accurate records within the accounting system.
• Analyse and manipulate high-volume transactional data using Excel.
• Generate daily and periodic cash collection reports.
• Work closely with Credit Control and Receipting teams to ensure accurate cash allocation.
• Support the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control teams with ad hoc queries and reporting requirements.
