Cambian Group Plc in Uxbridge is seeking a Senior Cash & Reporting Assistant to support the Cash & Reporting function. You will produce cash forecasts, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring robust financial controls, and provide operational support to the team.

The role requires hands-on experience with cash forecasting, reconciliations and financial reporting, plus a proactive approach to improving processes. On-site role with potential cross-functional exposure within Finance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in Accounts Receivable, Cash Management or Finance.
• Proficient with cash allocation, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Experience with cash forecasting, KPI reporting and process improvement is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain the Group Cash Forecast.
• Process and monitor debt write-offs in line with policies.
• Produce KPI reporting.
• Prepare incoming cash reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure cash matches postings.
• Produce VAT reporting relating to incoming payments.
• Prepare Trade Debtors and Billing reports.
• Monitor and report on net, gross and unallocated credit balances.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs.
• Administer fund source records and reporting.
• Produce group statement runs (non-RBS accounts).
• Review and report on suspense account balances.
• Provide holiday cover and support for Cash & Reporting Assistants.
• Ad hoc reports and analysis for Finance management.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and controls.

Formation

AAT qualification (or studying towards one)

3+ years experience in Accounts Receivable/Cash Management/Finance

Excel data analysis and reporting

Attention to detail and accuracy
