St Giles Trust seeks a Senior Caseworker to join our Skills and Employment Team in delivering holistic support to individuals with complex needs, including those with substance misuse histories. You will manage caseloads, assess needs and develop action plans while coordinating access to training and employment opportunities.

You will supervise Peer Advisors and Caseworkers, foster collaboration, and ensure high standards of service delivery and accurate case management.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience supporting socially excluded individuals, including substance or alcohol misuse.
• Experience managing complex caseloads with positive outcomes.
• Ability to build trusting relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Experience supervising volunteers, peer mentors or staff.
• Strong partnership working and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.
• Commitment to equality, inclusion and empowerment.

Aufgaben

• Manage and support a caseload of clients with complex needs.
• Complete assessments and develop tailored action plans.
• Deliver one-to-one and group sessions focused on personal development and employability.
• Build relationships with employers, landlords, partner organisations and support agencies.
• Make referrals and help clients access services that meet their needs.
• Supervise and support Peer Advisors and contribute to colleagues’ development.
• Maintain accurate records, outcomes and compliance with data protection and contract requirements.
• Contribute to partnership meetings and multi-agency working arrangements.
