Hours: 36 hours per week - Days (8am - 8pm)
Salary: £14.37 per hour

As a Senior Care Assistant at our client's care home, you’ll look after the different needs of our residents to enable the delivery of quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. Respecting the dignity and preferences of residents, you’ll contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join as a Senior Care Assistant. Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is required. We seek warm-hearted, compassionate individuals committed to providing personalized care. Opportunities for career development through ongoing training are available, with many progressing into roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing.
