Requirements:
Candidates must be registered with SSSC
Must hold SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare

Role & Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centred care in accordance with best practices and company policies
Support, lead, and supervise a care team to promote independence while maintaining the dignity and respect of our residents
Assess residents' care needs and develop care plans to enhance their quality of life
Oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
Liaise effectively and professionally with residents, families, visitors, regulators, and stakeholders
Conduct regular audits and action plans as part of our Quality Assurance Policy
Maintain accurate documentation at all times
