Role Description

This is a part-time for a Carer, specifically three time a week, based in Glasgow(Great Glasgow). The Carer will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients, assisting with daily activities, maintaining accurate care records, and communicating effectively with clients and their families. Additionally, the Carer will be expected to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, support clients' emotional and physical wellbeing, and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care and support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and protocols
• Ability to maintain accurate care records
• Empathy and patience in supporting clients' emotional and physical wellbeing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certification or training in caregiving is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
