The Morewood Centre is seeking Senior Care Workers to join our dedicated team. You will work under a Care Lead, supporting people with activities, promoting independence, and ensuring well-being in a safe, friendly environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with nutrition and hydration, personal care, and medication, while fostering dignity and independence for clients with varied needs. Full training provided.

Formación

• Experience in a care role is an advantage but not essential—full training will be provided.
• Experience in supporting people who may display behaviours that challenge is preferred.
• A kind, compassionate approach with a passion for supporting people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients, tailored to their individual needs.
• Support clients to participate in social activities and maintain their independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely care records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standards of care are upheld.
• Work as part of a valued care team to keep clients happy, healthy and well.
• Support people in the community, either by yourself or with other staff.
