Job summary

CrossReach Trading Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Worker to lead shifts, deliver high-quality person-centred care, and support colleagues in a busy care environment.

You will hold SVQ Level 3 and work towards SVQ Level 4, with PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration required. The role entails ensuring safety, compliance, and compassionate care across residents' daily needs.

Great care starts with great leadership. As a Senior Care Worker, you'll help ensure residents receive the highest standards of care while supporting and encouraging colleagues to deliver their best every day.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on care with leadership responsibilities in a role where your experience and expertise will make a real difference.

What your day could look like

• Support residents with personal care and daily living activities

About you

You will have experience working in a care setting and a strong understanding of person-centred care. You'll be organised, dependable and confident supporting colleagues while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism. You must hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare and be willing to work towards, or already hold, an SVQ Level 4 qualification. This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
