Job summary

CrossReach is seeking caring and reliable individuals to support older residents in daily living and personal care. You will join a team dedicated to dignity, respect and compassion, with training and induction provided.

About you

You will be caring, reliable and committed to supporting older people to live well. You'll enjoy working as part of a team and understand the importance of treating every resident with dignity, respect and compassion. Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential. We're equally interested in people with the right values, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to support others.

You will hold, or be willing to work towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare. This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
