Job summary

Springcare Ltd is seeking a Team Leader to join our compassionate care team. The role focuses on supporting residents with personal care, administering medication, and maintaining accurate records while leading a team of care assistants and assisting the nurse in charge.

We offer 24-hour care coverage with day and night shifts, plus the opportunity for ongoing CPD, funded training, and a supportive work environment that values dignity and respect for all residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience administering medication.
• Proven experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Lead a team of care assistants and assist nurse in charge.
• Apply dressings as needed.
• Take samples as required.
• Communicate with Doctors and District Nurses.
