Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a care home in the United Kingdom. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, ensuring delivery of quality, person-centred care to residents.

You will also support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews, while maintaining dignity and creating a warm, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
