Job summary

Barchester Healthcare seeks a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a part-time role at a Mayford area care home. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, delivering quality, person-centred care.

You’ll support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews while upholding residents’ dignity and preferences in a warm, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
• Warm-hearted, compassionate and patient-focused.

Responsibilities
