Oakland Care’s Beechwood Grove, 44-48 East Dean Road, Eastbourne, BN20 8EH, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our award-winning home. You will lead a team of Health Care Assistants, deliver person-centred care, and help residents maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing.

This full-time role offers 42 hours per week, days shifts, and pay at £14.30 per hour. We provide uniform, meals, and a range of staff benefits as part of our supportive, family-like culture.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' care experience.
• Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or working towards it.
• Trained in medication administration.
• Excellent communication and care planning skills.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of HCAs and act as a positive role model.
• Assist with personal care, meals, and daily living tasks.
• Administer medication (training followed).
• Update care plans and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver high-quality person-centred care promoting dignity and independence.
