Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for our care homes in the United Kingdom. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, assist the Registered Nurse, and support residents with personalised care plans.

You will help administer medications and provide social activities to promote dignity and independence. You will maintain accurate records, communicate with residents' families, and work within our caring, professional team.

Qualifications

• Required Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
• Prepared to work towards Level 3 in Adult Social Care.
• Experience with dementia, nursing or residential care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain high care standards.
• Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in care delivery.
• Administer medications and support residents with activities and meals.
• Keep accurate records and build strong team relationships.
