HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes.

The role focuses on delivering person‑centred care, supporting residents’ security, dignity and independence, and working closely with families to ensure personalised care plans. You will assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, coordinate care activities, and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult social care settings.
• Strong communication with residents and families.
• Ability to plan, implement and review care plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the care that gives residents security, dignity and independence.
• Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain high standards of care.
• Support Registered Nurse and Care Manager in delivery of care and medication administration.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and resident well‑being.
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through activities.
