HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of care staff and deliver compassionate, personalised care in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes.

You'll work with our Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide physical and mental stimulation through activities, while maintaining excellent records and promoting dignity and independence for residents.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care and working towards Level 3 qualification.
• Background in person-centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
• Strong record-keeping and time-management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain high care standards.
• Plan and implement personalised care plans for residents.
• Administer medication and support social activities.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
