Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within care settings is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to maintain high care standards.
• Support and supervise junior staff in daily tasks.
• Assist residents with care needs while maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Monitor residents and coordinate with GPs and managers.
• Ensure accurate care planning and daily documentation.
• Encourage residents' social activities and hobbies within the home.
• Handle nurse calls, door and telephone communications, and messages.
