The Lodge, Farnham Road, South Shields, Tyne and Wear, United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to join Marton Care Homes on a permanent basis. You will lead a compassionate team of care assistants, oversee daily living support, and ensure residents receive dignified, person-centred care.

The role requires empathy, reliability, and the ability to motivate staff to deliver outstanding outcomes. You’ll contribute to care planning, supervise junior staff, and help create a warm, engaging home life

Competenze

• Experience leading a care team or similar role.
• NVQ Level 3 (or willing to work toward this).
• Committed to person-centred, compassionate care.
