Qualifikationen

• NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
• Experience as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home.
• Passion for Elderly care.
• Experience of Medication Administration.

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop and co-ordinate a team of care workers to provide high standards of care.
• Support the Manager and act in their absence.
• Promote person-centred care and residents' independence.
• Ensure care planning and medication delivery for a group of service users.
• Maintain residents' rights, confidentiality and dignity.
• Attend in-service and mandatory training as required.
