Levante Agency Ltd in Buckinghamshire is seeking an experienced Senior Care Worker to lead the delivery of high-quality care in our services. You will support the induction of new staff and liaise with care coordinators to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a proactive leader who can manage a small team, uphold compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement in resident care. A driving licence and DBS clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in domiciliary or residential care.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply)
• Senior pay grade
• Paid mileage and travel time
