Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering responsive end to end recruitment service.
• Experience with recruitment marketing and campaigns.
• Knowledge of recruitment legislation including DBS checks, referencing and Right to Work.
• Experience with social media and digital recruitment tools.
• Ability to build strong community relationships to promote opportunities.
• Experience sourcing high quality candidates through multiple channels.
• Understanding of candidate screening and selection processes.
• Experience using recruitment data to drive decisions.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient IT and ATS usage, MS Office or Google Suite.
• Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise under pressure.
• Team oriented, results driven and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of recruitment activity ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.
• Develop and implement recruitment campaigns online and within the local community.
• Oversee end to end candidate experience with a positive proposition.
• Proactively source candidates using diverse channels.
• Build networks for local candidate sourcing.
• Manage recruitment on social media with timely content and campaigns.
• Research market to identify differentiators for the company.
• Plan and execute community and recruitment events.
• Maintain accuracy of recruitment information in the ATS.
• Utilise recruitment data to inform strategy decisions.
• Implement an Employee Referral Scheme for care professionals.
• Improve tools and stay updated on best practices.
• Meet targeted recruitment figures and ensure equality policies.
