Job summary

Care South in Bournemouth is seeking a Senior Care & Support Assistant to lead day-to-day supervision of Care Assistants, deliver person-centred care, and promote independence among residents.

You should have NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, experience in care planning and medication administration, and be ready to work towards NVQ Level 3 while supporting a compassionate team.
